Items that are not available for any reason or date availability, Decorella will inform the customer at the time of submitting the quotation.
Changes in quantity of products must be confirmed (payment) at least 48 hours before shipment.
All quotes must be paid in a minimum time of 48 hours before the required date of shipment.
Decorella reserves the right to cancel any order that is not confirmed (payment) 48 hours before the reservation date and the merchandise will be available for another order.
With the approval (payment) the customer is responsible for the payment of the cost of replacement of the merchandise in case of losses or breakages.
We are not responsible for merchandise that is not available for last minute contingencies.
For On-Site shipments, the customer must provide the access facilities to Decorella to deliver, install and pick-up the merchandise.
We may require you additional information when the merchandise is going to be delivered.
For the uninstallation, the customer must give the availability and access to the activity area the next business day, to pick-up the merchandise.
The customer or designated contact must be present to receive and deliver the merchandise.
100% Refunds will only be made for orders cancelled 48 hours before shipment. After 48 hours, Decorella will retain 15% for the concept of the reservation of merchandise.
